This year we are having two retreats.  One for married women only

and one for all women (married, single, or engaged) in the beautiful mountains of Blue Ridge on September 27th- September 29th and October 18th- October 20th.   The focus of this year's retreat will be Relax, Relate, Restore, & Repeat!  

As women, we have many roles and responsibilities and we often time neglect ourselves by putting everybody first.  Seldomly do we slow down to enjoy ourselves or allow time for relaxation and rejuvenation because we are constantly on the move.
